  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with turmeric, mild curry powder, and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
