Ingredients:

  • 4 Weetabix biscuits, crushed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded (or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)
  • 1/2 cup tikka masala sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Weetabix, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until well combined.
