Ingredients:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked beets, diced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
