Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for deeper flavor.
