Ingredients:

  • 200g beef steak, sliced thinly
  • 2 heads of witlof, sliced
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced witlof to the skillet and cook until just wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together. Cook for another minute to heat through.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine all ingredients well.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
