Ingredients:

  • 300 g self-raising flour
  • 85 g warm water
  • 80 g yogurt
  • 32 g egg
  • 5 g vinegar
  • 25 g unsalted butter (softened)
  • 16.8 g sugar
  • 35.5 g oil
  • 31 g milk powder
  • 3.2 g salt

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix self-raising flour, warm water, yogurt, egg, vinegar, softened butter, sugar, oil, milk powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  4. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
