Ingredients:

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with half of the taco seasoning. Spread this mixture evenly on the bottom of a glass dish.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sour cream with the remaining taco seasoning and spread it over the beans layer.
  3. Next, layer the guacamole evenly on top of the sour cream.
  4. Follow with a layer of salsa, spreading it gently to avoid mixing with the guacamole.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa layer.
  6. Top with sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, and finally, garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
