Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond meal, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined.
