Ingredients:

  • 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup until well coated.
  3. Spread the apple mixture evenly in a greased 9-inch baking dish.
