Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, diced apples, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
