Ingredients:

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups diced apples (peeled and cored)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, instant coffee granules, water (or milk), vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
