Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
