Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple bits (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Take 2 slices of bacon and wrap them around each chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
