Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh oysters, shucked
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
