Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  2. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12x12 inches.
