Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and softened cream cheese until smooth.
