Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the rolled oats and blend until they reach a flour-like consistency.
