Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, diced peaches, lemon juice, orange juice, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
