Ingredients:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a pot, bring the beef broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the broth. Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes to develop flavors.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
