Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup caramel sauce
• 1 cup chocolate fish candies
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
