Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:
