Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
