Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 200g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the coconut mixture into small bars or balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
