Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (or tofu for plant-based)
  • Handful of spinach
  • Chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ avocado
  • Sprinkle of nutritional yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions:
