  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 100 g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced Bramley apples and halved Victoria plums. Add granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix gently to coat the fruit evenly.
