Ingredients:

  • 8 oz broken noodles (any variety)
  • 1 cup chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the broken noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  6. Add the cooked broken noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
