Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Continue cooking until it turns golden brown and develops a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
