Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup oats

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter-sugar mixture and stir until crumbly.
