  • ½ cup unsalted cold butter (2 oz/56.7 grams)
  • ½ cup buttermilk (4¼ oz/121 grams)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (2⅓ oz/67 grams)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raisins (28 oz/79.5 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
