Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg until well combined.
