  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy Cajun sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and serve it drizzled with the creamy Cajun sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
