Ingredients:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g coconut cream
  • 150 g maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 100 g coconut sugar
  • 50 ml water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (for caramel sauce)
  • Nature charms (edible flowers, dried fruits, or coconut flakes for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
