Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
