  • 2 packs ramen noodles, discard seasoning packets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili and lime seasoning
  • 1 cup jasmine rice, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wheat Thins for topping

Instructions:
