  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned chicken (or your choice of protein)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
