Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
