Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, vegetable oil, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. If desired, you can add a tablespoon of sugar for extra sweetness.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Add dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top, followed by the remaining brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese into the brownie batter.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
