Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until combined.
