Ingredients:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  4. Fold in the chopped roasted hazelnuts until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
