Chocolate Oreo Delight Parfait

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of graham crackers
• 5 Oreo cookies, crushed
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup Cool Whip
