Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup powdered cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
