Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the cornflakes into the melted chocolate until evenly coated.
