Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
