Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Using a piping bag, pipe the dough into taco shapes (curved), frying until golden brown on both sides.
