Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Open the can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and vanilla extract. Toss the biscuit pieces in the butter until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the buttered biscuit pieces and toss to coat thoroughly.
  6. Arrange the coated biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. If desired, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
