Ingredients:

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions:
