Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
