Ingredients:

  • 1 box coconut cake mix
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut cake mix and sugar. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
