  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions:
