  • 1 can young green jackfruit, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder (optional for added flavor)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth or water
